If just hitting the [Print Screen] or [PrtSc] key doesn't work, then try the [Alt] key with the [PrtSc] key at the same time. This will get screenshot the window you're working in.

To take a screenshot of all the windows you have on, hit the [Windows Logo] + [PrtSc] at the same time.

Open the email or Word document where you want to place the image. Right click for the menu and choose Paste.

[Windows Logo]+Shift+S = Menu
Hold down the Windows key + Shift + S all at the same time. The screen capture menu will pop up at the top of screen.

This mini-menu give 4 options. Left to right:
- Capture a specific square section on the screen;
- Capture an odd shaped section;
- Capture a single active screen;
- Capture all screen.

Once screen has been captured, a notification will pop-up at the bottom right hand corner of your main screen with the image you just captured. Click the image to open it, edit and save.
